Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless an item is faulty. If you were sent the wrong item or a faulty item, email us at.  INFO@CRISPLONDON.COM

 

For any faulty returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Using a reputable shipping carrier is recommended, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges

We do not have specific item for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.

Faulty items

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 20 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 20 days has passed, we may opt to replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.  Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 

International orders

All international orders are shipped customs duties unpaid . Meaning that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase. Orders returned to the US from International Couriers will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed.
